The ground floor has a bright primary bedroom with king bed, bath, TV and a door opening onto a private deck with a swing for a lazy morning coffee. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a third has two sets of bunkbeds—perfect for kids and cousins—with a shared hallway bathroom with shower and tub.
A spiral staircase leads to a third-floor loft with a double bed futon, and a desk with ocean views to inspire your inner poet.
Store bikes, fishing poles and beach gear in the large unfinished basement. The lawn is perfect for your favorite yard game (or a wedding), with an outdoor shower for rinsing off afterwards.

This is the perfect escape for soaking in the summery essence of Martha’s Vineyard—and it is also fully winterized for guests who want to enjoy the quiet wonders of the island in the off-season.
