Pauline, originally from England, moved to Beacon Hill more than twenty years ago and never left. Before she stepped back from selling to run her firm, she sold more property on Beacon Hill than any other agent in the city. She's quick to push back on the postcard version of Beacon Hill. What she sees is a divers and close-knit community: new graduates, empty nesters, young families, all at very different stages of life, living inside the same few blocks.
Beth specializes in Beacon Hill's multifamily buildings and condos, and works across every price point the neighborhood offers. Her connection to Beacon Hill is something more than professional: her son attends the Advent School, putting her on those streets as a parent every morning, not just an agent. She's known for a particular kind of honesty with clients; she makes sure clients understand everything about Beacon Hill, not just its magic.
Liz built her practice through building and development sales in the North End before making Beacon Hill a core market, and much of her work here happens quietly, before a property ever appears publicly. Her clients tend to be private, discerning, and patient, some searching for years for exactly the right thing. Her attention to detail, the alleyways, the flower boxes, the small architectural features most people miss, is what sets Liz apart.
