The Main house has three levels and boasts multiple indoor and outdoor living areas. There is no shortage of places to sit, relax, and socialize. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, farmers sink, stone counters, and breakfast bar with seating. The dining area is close by and off the dining area is a family room with comfortable couches and television. French doors lead from the family room and dining area to a bluestone patio where you can enjoy grilling, outdoor family dinners, and evening conversation in the lounge area. This level also features a formal living room and two additional sitting areas. One of the sitting areas has a television and doors to the back yard. All three rooms feature decorative fireplaces.
Four bedrooms are located on the second level. The Primary king bedroom is ensuite with a separate office -work area and a deck overlooking the pool. Two queen bedrooms share a bath and a bedroom with two twin beds is ensuite.
The third floor has an open concept with a sectional sofa sitting area with TV, foosball table, and six single beds. French doors open to a large deck that overlooks the pool and backyard area. There is also a full bath on this level.
Across the courtyard a separate guest cottage contains two bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are on the upper level and share a full bath. Kitchen and living area are on the lower level. There is a TV in the living area and the kitchen has a stove, sink, microwave, and small refrigerator. The first floor has a shared bath and outdoor shower.
The pool is located between the main house and the guest house and is surrounded by bluestone. Chaise lounges are plentiful.
This home offers the perfect vacation spot for extended families to gather. Harbor, shops, restaurants, galleries, and beaches are all just a short stroll from the front door.
Pool is heated to 82 degrees in July and August and is included in the rental fee. There is an additional heating charge of $250/ week for June and September and $350/ week in May and October.
