Upon entering through the front door, you will first notice the high ceilings, many windows, and custom touches throughout.
The living area features a large flat TV screen with multiple sofas and a separate sitting area with armchairs. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining room. The mahogany dining table comfortably seats 12.
Doors from the dining room and living area open to the deck creating a natural flow.
Two en-suite bedrooms are located on the first floor. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and desk. A door leads directly from this room to the back deck. The bathroom has two single vanities, soaking tub, shower stall and separate commode. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Rounding out the first floor is a laundry room and a half bath.
Upstairs is an additional family room with TV. There is a private deck off the back of the house with rocking chairs. Two bedrooms share a hall bath.
More fun is found in the finished lower level with pool table, dartboard, and a full bath.
This tranquil property is professionally landscaped and is set against the Vineyard Golf Club. The expansive deck runs the length of the house. There is plenty of room to grill, dine, entertain, or just rest and relax. The bike path and Morning Glory Farm are close by.
A pool has been added for Summer 2023. The pool is surrounded by a bluestone patio. Soak up the sun in the chaise lounges or enjoy the shade under one of the many umbrellas. For added enjoyment, there is even a pickleball court.
The pool 22 x 44 and 5 feet in shallow end and 8 feet in the deep end.
The pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rental fee in July and August. There is a $250 surcharge to heat the pool in June and September and $350 in May and October.
There are ten chaise lounges, multiple umbrellas, four rocking chairs, and additonal seating.
