Situated on the shores of Wintucket Cove, this newly built home is designed specifically for seamless indoor and outdoor living. The transition between the two is effortless and allows for easy enjoyment of both environments. With its thoughtful and contemporary design, every detail has been meticulously considered. Offering privacy and tranquility, most rooms feature pleasant water views.

Upon entering the home, one is met with an open concept on the main floor. The living area boasts a sectional sofa, television, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to a back patio with Adirondack seating, as well as the pool and yard area. This space flows into the dining area, which is furnished with comfortable seating for twelve. The kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with high-end appliances and quartz countertops. There is ample counter space making it easy for all to join in with meal preparation. The center island seats six. Additionally, the serving pantry features an extra refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. Adjacent to this area is a service bar with a wine refrigerator.

A hallway off the dining area leads to a screened porch with wood fireplace, lounge seating, and an additional dining table. At the end of the hall is a sun porch with TV and a full bathroom. The sunroom opens to the deck and the outdoor kitchen. Throw the fresh catch of the day on the grill or make homemade pizza. Dine outdoors and relax under the stars.

One bedroom is located on the first floor featuring a king bed, TV, and sliding doors to a deck with rocking chairs. The elegant bathroom has a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. There is also direct access from this bathroom to the outdoor shower.

Completing the first floor is a mudroom that offers lots of cubby storage, along with an adjoining powder room.

Upstairs, stylish barn doors open to an additional family room with TV. Around the corner, escape to the reading nook with a good book. The mahogany deck offers a quiet place to sit and watch the water or the action in the pool below.

The second level houses six bedrooms, designed for comfort and privacy. The second primary bedroom features a king bed, deck, and desk. The bathroom includes a double vanity, makeup area, and combination tub and shower.

In a separate wing, two bedrooms, each equipped with king beds and desks, share a hall bath. Two additional bedrooms along the hall are both ensuite; one with a king bed, and the other with two twin beds. On the other side of this floor, the final bedroom features a king bed and a TV.

Summer fun starts with a spectacular 16x42 heated saltwater gunite pool and spa. The pool is 4-6 feet deep.

A short stroll along a well-defined path leads to Wintucket Cove, a wonderland for kayakers and paddleboarders with its still water and seclusion (there are very few homes). Wintucket Cove opens into Edgartown Great Pond and continues to South Beach which is visible in the distance. Why not rent a skiff and enjoy days on the water?

This lavish home is located less than 4 miles from downtown Edgartown. It’s the perfect spot to indulge, unwind, and get away from it all.

For added convenience, this home has two laundry rooms.

Renters have access to the garage where there is a Universal Electric Car Charger. Four Bikes are available for rental guest use - two electric and two pedal powered

The pool is heated to 82 degrees in July & August and included in the rental rate. (Last Saturday in June until last weekend of August). The Spa is on from 6 to 10 pm and heated to 101 degrees in July & August.

An additional pool hearting fee of $350 is charged for May, June, September, and October to heat the pool to 82 degrees. The spa can be turned on in May, June, and September by the owner for 3 to 4 hours a day for an additional cost. Please inquire.
