This newly built contemporary home has been designed to celebrate the indoor-outdoor Vineyard summer lifestyle.

No details have been left behind. The mudroom offers plenty of storage and convenient cubbies. The open concept spacious living area boasts high ceilings, large windows, and views of the pool. The gourmets in your group will revel in the chef’s kitchen with its state-of-the-art appliances and stylish farmhouse sink. Gather round the center island – ideal for morning coffee and conversation or evening dinner prep. Off the kitchen is a butler’s pantry with sink, two dishwashers and microwave.

The dining area is in the center of the room and has comfortable seating for ten. The living area has a TV, gas fireplace, and wet bar area with sink, beverage fridge, and ice maker. Off the living room is a laundry area with a sink and two washers and dryers.

This home has two wings. Each wing has two bedrooms. All the bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings and are ensuite. Both primary bedrooms have king size beds, TV, and sliding glass doors to the backyard.
