Welcome to your coastal retreat! This spacious, well-appointed 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house is a haven for relaxation, accommodating up to 10 guests. The property boasts an outdoor oasis featuring a resort-like experience with pool, spa, and firepit.

The gourmet kitchen boasts top of the line commercial appliances, granite countertops, farmer’s sink, beverage cooler, two dishwashers, and a butler’s pantry. Gather around the center island to sip morning coffee or assist the chefs in the family with dinner prep. The kitchen opens to a casual sunroom with TV. Doors from the sunroom lead to the pool area.

Off the kitchen is the formal dining room with seating for eight. The dining room flows into the living room with a fireplace and TV. Two sets of French doors lead out to the covered portico living area. The brick portico has wicker sofa seating and an outdoor fireplace. There is also a separate study with a fireplace. Doors from this room lead to the portico as well (study not pictured).

Rounding out the first floor are two half baths and a laundry room.

Four bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary king bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and is ensuite with double vanity and walk in shower. French doors open to a large deck that overlooks the pool area. The second primary also features a private deck and has a four-poster queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and is ensuite. Two additional bedrooms share a hall bath. (Bedroom #3 has French doors that lead to the mahogany deck of the first primary bedroom).

Upstairs in the carriage house is the fifth bedroom, with a king bed and bathroom. The lower level features a living room with TV, table seating, and half bath. For added fun, there is also a ping pong table (not pictured).

Summer living is at its best. The heated gunite pool is 18 x 32 and includes a spa. The spacious bluestone patio offers multiple areas to lounge, soak up the sun, and enjoy dinner with family. After the sun sets, gather around the firepit and share memories of the day.

The bike path is close by, South Beach is less than a mile away, and Main Street Edgartown is just under two miles.

The pool is heated to 80 degrees in July and August and is included in the rental fee.

There is an additional surcharge for pool heat of $250 for June and September and $350 for May and October. (Pool availability is subject to change in the off season, please inquire).
