Cool off in the new 9 x 21 heated saltwater plunge pool. The pool is surrounded by a stone patio with lounge seating.

Summer nights are well spent under the covered porch with gas fireplace. There is a grassy side yard for games and the property is professionally landscaped.

Dining, shops, art galleries, harbor, and all that historic Edgartown Village has to offer is just a short stroll away.

The pool is heated to 81 degrees and is included in the rental fee in July and August. There is an additional surcharge to heat the pool of $250 in June and September and $350 in May and October. Please inquire about off season availability of the pool.

When the pool is not in use, the pool cover must be closed and locked.

NOTE: Fireplace is not for tenant use.
Exterior security cameras are in use.
The driveway accommodates two cars.
