This pristine property is centrally located in the community of Dodger’s Hole and offers access to all three down- island towns, bike path, and beaches.

The first floor has an open layout. The living room is cozy and nicely flows into the dining area. Off the dining area, French doors open to the deck and pool area. The kitchen has a gas stove, farmer’s sink, and counter seating for two.

There is a spacious bedroom and full bath on the first floor. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, and they share a full bath. There are hardwood floors throughout.

Additional space to gather is found in the lower-level TV room.

Step outside and let the summer fun begin. The backyard is a sanctuary offering pool, privacy, and impeccable landscaping. There is a large deck with dining, grilling, and outdoor shower. There is plenty of comfortable seating to relax, entertain, and soak up the sun.

The pool is 15 x 30 and heated to 81 degrees. It is approximately 6'5" in deep end and 4' in the shallow end. Pool heat is included in rental fee in July and August. There is a $300/ week charge to heat the pool in June and September.

Pool is not open in May and October.
