The desk area overlooks the backyard and French doors open to the side yard. The lavish bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. Upstairs in this wing are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The right side of the home, off the kitchen area has two king bedrooms on the second floor.

Two sets of French doors from the living area open to the backyard nicely integrating one of the many highlights of this home – an outdoor haven and summer sanctuary. This is Vineyard living at its finest. Chefs will delight in the outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. Gather under the cabana for family movie night. The saltwater pool is 50 x 20 with a depth of 8 feet and is heated to 81 degrees and is included in the rental fee the last week of June through the first week of September. There is a propane surcharge of $350 for other weeks.
