This exceptional home offers two primary bedroom suites. The first is a sprawling room with an office, walk-in closet, king sized bed, private deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second-floor primary bedroom suite features high ceilings with a skylight and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms, plus a bonus room, with a bunk bed that serves as an extra sleeping space. The bedrooms share a hall bath with tub and shower combination.
On the lower level is a media room equipped with a foosball table, board games, and room for the kids to hang out and play. Relax at the bar. There is also a Peloton bike available for use! (Don't forget your shoes).
The heated pool with large bluestone surrounding patio features multiple chaise lounges and plenty of room for carefree summer days. There is additional dining under the pergola. Pool is salt water with minimal chemicals used.
The bike path, downtown Edgartown, and South Beach are all close by.
The pool is heated to 81 degrees the last week of June through the first week of September.
There is an additional heating charge of $250/week in June and September and a $350/week charge in October.
Use of the fireplace is not permitted in summer months.
