The first floor primary has an ensuite bathroom and private deck. Rounding out the first floor is a powder room. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the second floor and share a hall bath.

The lower level of this home includes a bonus home theater with comfortable seating for six, as well as a game room with a foosball table and small table for playing board games, cards or doing a puzzle.

The Carriage House is located above the detached garage. It includes a living area with sectional seating, casual dining area, a full kitchen, private deck, as well as a bedroom and bathroom.

New in 2025 is a Pool. The saltwater pool is 31 x 16 and has a depth of 3 feet to 6 feet. There is a lounging ledge that is 9" and there are 12" steps at the shallow end.
