The first floor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating, a fireplace, and media center as well as an additional side den for extra lounging space. The gourmet kitchen has a large island that also serves as a breakfast bar, beautiful granite counters, and top of the line Electrolux appliances. The dining and living areas open to a lovely screened porch with seating and an outdoor bar and wine refrigerator, perfect for a summer nightcap!
Additional outdoor space includes a heated 18’ x 40’ pool surrounded by chaise lounges and umbrellas for ultimate fun in the sun! There is also a second patio with seating and a gas grill for outdoor entertaining and dining. A short 10-minute walk from the house, there are association tennis counts available on a first-come first-served basis.
Back inside, there is a first floor primary bedroom suite that has a view of the pool as well as a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and glass shower. The second floor has an additional primary bedroom suite with TV. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. This level also includes a bonus living area with TV and a work area with a desk.
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. This level also has a pool table, ping pong table in the garage and its own private side entrance, ideal for teens or young adults who might want a little space of their own!

Central air conditioning on main living areas and all bedrooms except #5 and #6 on the lower level.
Pool is heated to 82 degrees in July and August. There is an additional heating charge of $350/week in June and September.
Pool is not available after October 5th.
FIREPLACE: Gas fireplace in Living Room is not allowed for summer use.
SECURITY CAMERA: An exterior security camera is in operation and is located at the front of the home for safety and security purposes.
