Katie Dawson has never been afraid to jump into the unknown, because she knows that having an open mind can help you through just about anything. With a career as a moving and relocation specialist, Katie wasn’t very far off from jumping into a complimentary career in real estate. With a passion for meeting new people and her persistent open-mindedness, Katie found her calling with helping people find their homes.

On the side, Katie enjoys cooking and collecting cookbooks, which she reads from cover to cover. This love for cooking has also taught Katie a thing or two about how she approaches her professional life. For Katie, going through a real estate process can be a lot like following a recipe ⁠— you need have patience to focus on the big picture as well as the small details to get to a satisfying conclusion. And when she isn’t selling houses or cooking up a tasty meal, she’s more than happy to hang out with her 75lb Golden Doodle, Bosun.
