Meet David Crowley

What’s the secret to long-term success in real estate? David says the answer is simple—if not always easy: “I tell my clients, let’s take the emotion out of it. Let’s focus on the numbers.”

 

Knowledgeable, data-driven and strategic: That’s been David’s approach since he founded One Boston Luxury Living in 2002. And now he brings that same expertise to Donnelly + Co. “I know Boston—I grew up here, I know its streets and neighborhoods, I even drove a cab in grad school,” he smiles. For him, it’s about knowing how to strategically “price, position, and promote” luxury properties for his local, national and international clients. In turn, they award him glowing reviews, referrals and multiple repeat transactions.

 

A dual citizen of the U.S. and Ireland, David is an avid sailor and skier, and jokes that he’s “an enthusiastic, but horrible, golfer.” He also travels widely, especially to enjoy live music.
