Susan Doig is a dream to work with. In selling my deceased mother’s beach condo, Susan was nothing short of a superhero.
Susan bested numerous obstacles (between siblings squabbles/and one sibling out of state, slow moving courts needed due to lack of a will, lawyers representing all siblings, a condo association who kept no records, changing HOA fees and potential assessments, replacing dated appliances, cleaning out 30 years of storage room junk, plus the standard realtor duties of competitive pricing, hosting open houses, and contracting then daily interfacing with three different buyers/ two of whom dropped out tired of waiting for court papers) with professionalism, expert knowledge, and a knack for keeping everyone on track, cooperating and less emotional. She was incredible!
I can’t imagine this deal could have been brought to fruition with anyone but Susan Doig at the helm…

I can’t imagine this deal could have been brought to fruition with anyone but Susan Doig at the helm. She basically had to sell the same condo THREE times! And within a day of each open house, she contracted legitimate buyers at a fair price.
If you are even considering another realtor, don’t. Because when/if major problems arise, you can relax. Susan Doig knows what to do.
I consider her an excellent realtor, and now a trusted friend.
