Upstairs are four more bright and cozy bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Additional space to gather and watch TV is found in the den.
Outside, the back patio has a gas grill, dining table, and chairs for lounging. Grab a quick rinse after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower.
The location cannot be beat! Circuit Ave, Inkwell Beach, and Niantic Park Playground are calling.
There are two staircases in the home. They may not be suitable for all. Please inquire.
