This classic Victorian cottage has been recently renovated and is located just steps away from the heart of Oak Bluffs.
The front porch offers a warm welcome. Summer days do not get better than this – sit back, relax, and watch the world go by. The living room is spacious with TV and plenty of comfy seating. The dining room seats eight. The space is thoughtfully decorated with a nautical theme and is graced with hardwood floors and antique built ins.
One bedroom and one bathroom is located on the first floor. A stackable washer and dryer are close by.
Upstairs are four more bright and cozy bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Additional space to gather and watch TV is found in the den.
Outside, the back patio has a gas grill, dining table, and chairs for lounging. Grab a quick rinse after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower.
The location cannot be beat! Circuit Ave, Inkwell Beach, and Niantic Park Playground are calling.
There are two staircases in the home. They may not be suitable for all. Please inquire.
