68 Shawanue Avenue

68 Shawanue has been enjoyed by the same family since it was lovingly built in 1975. A seasonal home near public access to Lagoon Pond and proximity to the bike path, Oak Bluffs Center, the Sailing Camp, and Farm Neck Golf Club. The home features three bedrooms, a full bath, an open living room + eat-in kitchen. The enclosed porch off the living room + the deck off the kitchen offers additional indoor/outdoor gathering space. A full unfinished walk-out basement completes this property. Enjoy the home as it has been for many years or create your own Vineyard vibe! There is potential for two 3-bedroom conforming lots based on the existing lot configuration. The existing cesspool passed inspection. Per the Oak Bluffs Board of Health, an upgrade is required. The seller has obtained a BOH-approved 3 bdrm septic plan for one lot and will contribute $25,000 at closing to the execution of the new Title V compliant system and elimination of the old cesspool. The property is being sold "as-is".
