No cottage is complete without a screened in porch- perfect for lazy summer days or intimate evening gatherings.

Two bedrooms and a full bath round out the main level. One bedroom has a queen bed with views and the other has a bunk bed.

The Primary ensuite king bedroom is bright and open with high ceilings and located on the second floor. An office/ workspace is off the bedroom- there is even a window over the built-in desk offering views and inspiration for those that need to plug in while away. Sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck with quintessential water views. Sip morning coffee, lounge in the afternoon or take in the glory of the setting sun.

The guest cottage has a queen and twin bed, small sofa, and full bath.

Outside the back deck is another spot to gather. There is a table for outdoor dining and Adirondack chairs to sit and watch the birds. Take a snooze in the hammock.

Menemsha is just a short stroll away with shops, fish markets, eateries and a gentle surf beach. For those seeking a genuine Vineyard getaway, this cottage is it.

A/C mini split units are located throughout the main cottage. The guest cottage has an a/c window unit.

Fireplace is not for tenant use.
