This spacious five-bedroom home is located on an expansive lot with a generous yard. With multiple spots to gather there is room for everyone both inside and out.

The living room is a warm and inviting spot with comfortable seating. High ceilings and numerous windows allow the natural light to pour in. The stone chimney is an elegant focal point of the room. There are lots of games for rainy days. Adjacent to the living area is a dining room.

A cozy family room with a television is located off the living area, and doors open out to a patio with Adirondack seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove, counter seating for four, and an additional table with chairs and bench seating.

Summer on the Vineyard is not complete without a screened porch. What better way to dine, relax, and pass the time. It is furnished with a sofa, two recliners, a bar, dining table, and a hi-top table (furniture not pictured) offering a versatile spot to gather. The porch is accessed from both the dining area and the kitchen.

The main floor also has a dedicated office and half bathroom.

From the second floor there are views of the living area below. There are three bedrooms. At one end is the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and private deck with seating. The bathroom features two vanities, a soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower.

Two guest bedrooms share a hall bath.

The lower level offers entertainment for all ages. Indulge in a family movie night, a competitive game of ping pong or pool or reliving childhood memories with Pac Man. The space is designed for fun and enjoyment. This level also has a full bathroom and the washer and dryer are around the corner.

The carriage house offers privacy and is ideal for overflow guests. The first floor includes a bedroom with a king bed and television. Upstairs features a full kitchen, dining table, cozy sitting area with a television, a full bathroom, and a queen bedroom. A deck overlooks the lawn with a table and chairs.

This property provides convenient access to the down-island towns and is approximately 3.5 miles from the heart of West Tisbury.

Beach passes to Lambert’s Cove Beach, known for its gentle surf and serene views, are included with this home. Additionally, picturesque Long Point Beach is located nearby, another cherished island destination.
