The Maiullari Brennan Team is a real estate team composed of Anthony Maiullari and Michael Brennan.

“It all starts with dreams, doesn’t it?” Anthony, artist and former special education/art teacher for Boston Public Schools, loves to use his skills to collaborate with clients, turning their real estate dreams into reality. “I’m here to listen and help create the right next steps with them.”

Anthony was delighted to discover the same spirit of cooperation at Donnelly + Co. He says it’s been a perfect fit for him and his longtime business and life partner, Michael Brennan. Day to day, the partners stay in synch, checking in with clients, offering fresh solutions—as Anthony says, “Working all the time, which we both enjoy.”

He also believes in staying grounded through self-care, taking time for his watercolor painting, and of course, long walks with Michael and Dominic, their beloved French bulldog.

“Boston neighborhoods offer so much variety. I’m always discovering something great, whether it’s old or new,” says Michael. Passionate about his hometown, he’s proud to bring the best of it to his Donnelly + Co. clients.
