Meet Katrina Lima

An Islander for over 15 years, Katrina Lima had a colorful career history before finding her home in real estate. With experience in everything from politics, coordinating music events, communications and devising marketing plans, Katrina learned the holistic aspects of managing big projects.

Since building her very own home on Martha’s Vineyard, Katrina has the first-hand knowledge of what it takes to create a home down to the last details. She uses this knowledge to help her clients meet their own personal goals when buying or selling their homes. Katrina loves representing the Island community. To her it’s more than just a great vacation spot – it represents family, memory- making and a growing diversity in people and culinary experiences.

Aside from helping people buy and sell their homes, Katrina loves traveling, hiking, running, reading historical fiction and spending time with family.
