Real Estate Advisor - Martha's VineyardErin spent her college years in Boston, but Martha’s Vineyard is home. “I grew up here. I love it summer and winter.”
That personal connection, along with her degree from Boston College in Project Management, gives Erin’s clients a unique advantage. For them, she balances scope, timeline and budget with a deep understanding of getting things done on the Island: “I always know people who can help.”
Erin is also a great resource when it comes to local zoning, historic boards and properties. “Every town here runs independently, and I help navigate that,” she says — especially important for clients who don’t live on the Island year-round.
Meanwhile, every day, Erin revels in the natural beauty of her surroundings. She has even entered the fall Fishing Derby. She laughs, “It’s not easy, but I’m fully obsessed!”
