Enter through the main door into the great room and catch your breath as you take in the view. The great room has a dining area, seating area with TV, and features soaring ceilings and a wall of windows. There is no shortage of natural light. The kitchen is located adjacent to the great room.
The house is separated into three separate wings. The primary bedroom occupies the first wing and is spacious and has a king bed and an ensuite bath with walk in shower, tub, and dual vanity. French doors lead out to the wrap around deck.
There are four bedrooms in the guest wing. One bedroom has a queen bed, two bedrooms have twin beds, and one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All are ensuite with bathrooms that have a combination tub and shower. Rounding out this wing is a half bath and laundry room.
The final wing is known as the “entertainment wing” and features a “tiki bar” theme. It is accessed via a walkway that passes over the indoor squash court. There are more water views to enjoy. French doors open out to the deck. There is an additional full bathroom in this wing.
Outside, the wraparound deck provides hours of relaxation, glorious sunsets, and a lovely spot to watch sailboats in the distance and ferries travel back and forth to the mainland. There is a spacious lawn. Follow the boardwalk and staircase down to your own private beach.
Beach passes to the pristine Lambert’s Cove Beach with its gentle surf and tranquil views are available with this home. In addition to the private beach, there is also an association beach.
