“Every day and every client is different,” says Sam. And that’s exactly what she loves about working in real estate. Alongside her valued Donnelly + Co. mentor, Liz Dehler, Sam enjoys the challenge of each new project, learning client stories and delivering on their dreams.

In fact, Sam equates the client-agent relationship with those she once built as an in-demand dog sitter. “In both cases, people are trusting you with a very important part of their lives,” she says. And when it’s about client peace-of-mind, Sam’s all in.

Before earning her license, convivial Sam also worked in hospitality, and still loves to practice her listening (and mixology) skills on friends and family. A North Shore native, she remains a keen snowboarder, off-trail walker and traveler.
