Livia Nunes

Livia grew up in Edgartown and knows its neighborhoods and beaches well. And now she’s learning even more about local real estate alongside an exceptional mentor, Donnelly + Co’s Stephanie Roache.

As Stephanie’s dedicated administrative coordinator, Livia takes on a wide variety of client tasks. Every day is different, but typically finds her working on listings and showings, plus helping with transactions and paperwork. Livia reports that she’s loving her learning curve, especially since she’s recently received her real estate license. Another great part of her job? Getting to see the Island’s most beautiful homes from the inside!

In her free time, Livia takes advantage of summers on the beach and at favorite seasonal restaurants with her husband and friends. And while she loves Martha’s Vineyard year-round, she’s never averse to a hot-weather break in the tropics.
