Katie will tell you that, with both mom and sister in the business, real estate just seems to come naturally to her. She loves building relationships, seeing transactions through from start to finish—and helping people navigate it all with ease.

As a former real estate office manager on Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, Katie’s approach served clients well. And now as a licensed realtor, she brings those same skills to top agent Stephanie Roache. Katie’s excited to learn from such a great mentor. And she plans to “Stay ahead of whatever Stephanie and her clients need” — before they even ask.

Katie stays busy in her free time too, teaching spin classes, reading, playing golf with her husband (who manages a local course) and enjoying the year ‘round beauty of the Island.
