Erin Hegarty

Erin spent her college years in Boston, but Martha’s Vineyard is home. “I grew up here. I love it summer and winter.”

That personal connection, along with her degree from Boston College in Project Management, gives Erin’s clients a unique advantage. For them, she balances scope, timeline and budget with a deep understanding of getting things done on the Island: “I always know people who can help.”

Erin is also a great resource when it comes to local zoning, historic boards and properties. “Every town here runs independently, and I help navigate that,” she says — especially important for clients who don’t live on the Island year ‘round.

Meanwhile, every day, Erin revels in the natural beauty of her surroundings. She has even entered the fall Fishing Derby. She laughs, “It’s not easy, but I’m fully obsessed!”
