Emily believes that real collaborative spirit is what sets Donnelly + Co. apart from other agencies. And it’s why she loves working here: “Everyone is so supportive,” she says. “It’s amazing what we accomplish every day.”

Of course, Emily herself plays a key role in supporting the team. Formerly in hospitality management, events and travel operations, she’s that rare combination, a spreadsheet expert who puts people first. “I want to make this whole process easier on everybody,” she says. So Emily tracks all transactions and key documents, helps manage the office operations, all while keeping up with a wide range of working styles. “That’s the fun part!”

On her own time, Emily’s interests are equally varied: she’s a runner and hiker who also loves to read—and bake beautiful loaves of sourdough bread.
