Michelle Heinrich

Michelle lives by a simple philosophy: “Leave things better than you found them.” That’s how she approaches her love for the outdoors. And that’s the rule she applies at Donnelly + Co.

Here, Michelle oversees all banking and transactions, closings, commissions and data collection. But she goes even further. “I pride myself on really getting to know our agents. Together, we head off small issues before they become big ones.”

It’s all part of keeping the company nimble, quality-focused, and as Michelle says, “able to move much faster and more effectively than other agencies.” She speaks from experience, having worked in big corporate settings as well as for nonprofits.

Today, Michelle balances her work-day diligence with long hikes, reading, writing, crafting, enjoying time with friends and family—and with two charming cats.
